Confirmation

* For Confirmation, You need to Pay the Full Payment & send us the Bank Slip via Email or WhatsApp

* Once You had pay the Full Payment, You will receive confirmation of your booking via Email.

* In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us ASAP

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date

* INCLUDED: Travel Cost, Tour Guide

* NOT INCLUDED: Entrance Ticket to Theme Park, Meal & Beverages, Accommodation, Insurance, Tips & Gratuities

* Itinerary may be change last minute due to unforeseen circumstance.

* Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

* Estimate hotel pick up time will be advised by the operator one day before via WhatsApp or email depending on your 

   hotel location during the pick up route

* If your Hotel is NOT in Kuala Lumpur area, please arrange your own transport to & from KLCC or Bukit Bintang area
